William E. Ruffier is awarded the NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award for his lifetime dedication to the Central Florida Council Boy Scouts of America.
ORLANDO, Fla.--For Immediate Release  Over 800 scouts, scouters, and family members gathered at the annual Central Florida Council Recognition Banquet to award William E. Ruffier, managing partner of the Orlando based personal injury firm Dellecker Wilson King McKenna Ruffier & Sos, with the prestigious NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award (NOESA).   The NOESA award is granted by the local council’s NESA committee to Eagle Scouts who have devoted a lifetime to their profession, avocation, community, and beliefs, at great sacrifice to themselves and their families.  Mr. Ruffier has held several leadership positions within the Boy Scouts of America, including positions on the Central Florida Council Executive Board.  He has been instrumental in fostering spiritual growth and leadership skills among Orlando’s young men for many years. William E.
